Contracts are exchanged directly with Lewis Land (Sovereign Hills Land Sales). The Ginger Close product carries across: the same mix of double-storey townhouses and single-level villas, at the same accessible price points.

That means approvals move faster (council has seen the product before), construction pricing holds (the builder has already costed and built it), and the finished homes arrive with a proven market response.
